Refund Policy

Refunds

  • Change of mind is not acceptable for refund.
  • Our policy is strictly lasts for 7 days only. No refund or replacement for items received after 7 days.
  • Read and understand the description and disclaimer carefully before making any complaint regarding product or asking a refund.
  • If you insist to return your order without any defect, you must be willing to pay for the fees paid by WRISTTO in order to deliver your order. The fees are as follows:
    1. Shipping Fee
    2. COD Transaction Fee (2.75% of Amount Collectible)
    3. Buyer Protection Fee (1% of Amount Collectible) 
  • To complete your refund, we require a photo of item received and proof of purchase (email or text message from WRISTTO).
  • Once we received a photo of a defective or damaged item and your provided proof of purchase (email, text or your complete name used when purchased), it will be subject to verification before approval.
  • We only do Bank Deposit for safety reasons or else it will be forfeited if you cannot provide bank details.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.

 

Replacement (If Applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or request for size adjustment.
